Hang on to your keyboard in this wild and wacky video game where the only way to the top of the mountain is by typing out spells! As you make your way up the perilous peak, you'll need to use every key on the keyboard to cast all sorts of different spells in order to make it to the top. With a wide variety of magical words and phrases at your disposal, it'll be up to you to decide which ones will get you past each obstacle in your way. But be careful, because one wrong letter could mean a disastrous fall! Can you type your way to the top?

How to play (Warning: Spoilers)

I recommend trying to play this game without reading what's below. Part of the fun in this game is figuring out how to play it and what spells do what.

Cast spells by typing on your keyboard. ex: for the spell geronimo, you just type geronimo and you're good.

There are 4 spells that do different things:

• sesamsesam
  • Use this spell to start the game after the intro is done
  • This spell is also used to enter the temple
• geronimo
  • After the intro you will be inside the cave world
  • Using the geronimo spell you will shoot a hookshot that ricochets about 6 times
  • Use this spell to climb up the cave system and explore the communities of the trashy cliff people
• houston
  • Use this spell if you ever get stuck inside the cave walls (this happens sometimes)
• 321liftoff
  • In order to unlock the secret scriptures you must use this spell to help relieve the devils of their pain
  • Put your cursor over a devil and cast the spell
  • Once you have helped enough of the devils you will be able to see the scriptures inside your devil book -- they will tell you what to do next

Pompous Trash Jam

This game was made in 10 days for the pompous trash jam. All assets are original.

The jam modifiers have been implemented in the game like this:

• Lost and Found
  
  • The whole color palette and a lot of its visual content is based on a drawing I did a while ago that I never got to use for anything. The devil book's contents is also something I made a while ago that I never got to use.
• Snap crackle pop
  
  • Story dialogue in this game is spoken in the following languages: Turkish, Serbian and Filipino. The voice actors cannot understand these languages. We used google translate and then mimicked google's text-to-speech of said translation.
• Scrubs only :
  
  • This game has a weird control scheme (type on keyboard to cast spells). And the ricocheting hookshot is very hard to control because it ricochet about 6 times before you arrive at your new destination.
